We start with a in-depth look at your health history, symptoms, labs, nutrition, lifestyle, and environment. The better I can understand you, the more I can help you.

Together we design a nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle plan comprising of a phased approach that spans 3-9 months, depending on your results.

02. Targeted Testing

When appropriate, we use tools like the GI-MAP, DUTCH test, mold/mycotoxin panels, and/or comprehensive blood work to clarify what’s happening under the surface.

04. Ongoing Refinement

Healing is not linear. We monitor your response, adjust as needed, and translate new data into clear next steps.
